The Pirbright Institute is an international centre for research on infectious diseases of farm animals. Training is an important aspect of our mission and each year we offer a diverse portfolio of exciting projects for prospective students in our laboratories. Students are funded from a variety of sources including the BBSRC, Pirbright Institute, British Council, Overseas Governments, Trusts, industry etc.
